This industry newsletter reports that clients increasingly prefer electronic methods of communication to in-person tax appointments.  If this is the case for you, we can accommodate you.  Whether you are around the corner or on the other side of the world, we can do your taxes just as easily with or without a meeting. 

Here are some of the methods we use:

Secure Data Portal:  My secure portal allows us to share documents safely.  It is easy to use, encrypted and password protected for all those sensitive forms.

E-Sign:  IRS has approved electronic signing of tax documents.  We use secure signing software to easily and safely get your tax documents signed.

Electronic Filing:  We file all returns electronically, so that solves a world of problems. 

Direct Deposit and Direct Debit:  Tax refunds come quickly and safely direct to your account.  Taxes due can be paid electronically, eliminating the need to paper vouchers and check mailing.

Video Conferencing:  Some clients still prefer a face-to-face review of their return without leaving home.  WebEx allows us to see each other and review your return together remotely.

Online Invoicing:  We issue service billing online, so it can be paid by credit card, debit card or bank withdrawal.
